Let me paint the picture of what tomorrow looks like, if you enroll in the Humor Intelligence course today.

7:42am. Coffee’s ready. You open the app instead of the news, which is already a win for your blood pressure. The briefing is three sentences. It knows you said meetings are where you want humor to work, so today is framed around the 10am you already have on your calendar.

7:43am. The micro-lesson takes two minutes. You’re in Week 1, so nobody’s asking you to be funny yet. Today’s lesson is about noticing... specifically, the moment in any meeting when the room’s energy turns, and what the person who lightened it actually did. (Note: it’s almost never a perfectly rehearsed joke.)

7:45am. Up next is a bit of practice. The app asks you to predict where levity might show up in today’s 10am, and what kind would land with that specific group. You type two sentences. The coach pushes back on one of them... says your second idea is safer AND better, and tells you why. It’s oddly satisfying, being coached before 8am. The meeting hasn’t happened yet and you’re already better at it.

7:49am. Finally, a quick entry into the humor notebook. You’re prompted to consider a time you laughed until you had tears in your eyes. Not only does the memory bring a smile to your face, it also reminds you of a story you could work on for a future meeting.

7:52am. That’s it. You put the phone down, in a better mood and with a bit more prep for your meeting.

Later, at the 10am meeting, you notice the energy turn in real time, because this morning trained you to. Maybe you say the light thing or maybe you just watch who does. Either way, tonight’s reflection takes thirty seconds and the Humor Notebook gets one entry richer, which future-you will mine for material in Week 5 without knowing it yet.

One ordinary morning. Times eight weeks. That’s how a skill actually gets built... not in a weekend workshop you’ll forget by Thursday, but in daily reps small enough you actually do them.
